Return Policy – Stonevo USA

We offer a 14-day full refund only when the Stonevo Test Kit has been purchased.
A Test Kit allows you to check color, texture, and adhesion before ordering full-size materials.

Products eligible for return
Only the Test Kit qualifies for a full refund within 14 days.

Products not eligible for return
All regular Stonevo materials (full-size sheets, siding panels, accessories, glue, etc.) are excluded from returns.
These items are final sale because they are cut, stored, and packaged individually per order.

Condition of returned items
Returned Test Kits must be unopened and unused.
If you need test material before making a purchase decision, please contact us for guidance.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are covered by Stonevo.

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.

Refund method
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
